Based on recent experience, Zenith kits assembled at our facilities with builder assistance take three to four months to complete and cost $12,000 to $15,000 in builder-assistance by the time they are ready for first flight. Costs will vary depending on aircraft model, options installed, and owner's involvement.

One-on-one builder assistance can be arranged by-the-hour on an individual basis. Call to schedule.
$55 per day (or partial day) for aiframes in the hangar;
$35 per day for bench space (i.e for smaller projects);
or $8 per day for project storage (when NO work is done).
Whenever a project is brought to (or stays in) our hangar for builder assistance, there will be two types of charges incurred:

$40/hour in QSP hangar or $45 off-site + tavel exp.
Note: Shop fees are billed by (and are payable to) Quality Sport Planes, LLC; and Builder-Assistance fees will be billed by (and will be payable to) the independent Builder-Assitance provider(s).
